1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 1x777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By completing registration, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of 1x777.bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all services offered on the 1x777 platform, including but not limited to: online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, wheel games, slot titles, promotional offers, bonuses, and customer support interactions.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

In order to register and use the 1x777 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 1x777 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of taking responsibility for your own actions.

1x777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 1x777 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the 1x777 platform. You must notify us promptly of any changes to your registered details. 1x777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 1x777 immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with our international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies, 1x777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer verification process. You may be required to submit the following documents at any stage:

• Government-issued photographic identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or photograph of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used)
• Source of funds declaration for deposits or withdrawals above defined thresholds

Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 1x777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 1x777 is PKR 100. Deposits may be made using the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one business day.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. 1x777 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, borrowed funds, or money that you cannot afford to lose.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Allied Bank are typically processed within one business day of approval.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must have been met in full.
• Your account must be in good standing with no active investigations or restrictions.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen payment method.

4.3 Currency

1x777 operates a PKR (Pakistani Rupee) native cashier for all transactions conducted via local Pakistani payment methods. USDT TRC20 transactions are processed in USD equivalent. 1x777 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through local PKR payment methods. Cryptocurrency conversion rates are determined at the time of transaction and are non-negotiable.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 1x777 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 1x777 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotional terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

1x777 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, collusion between players, or any other conduct that 1x777 determines to be contrary to the spirit of its promotional offers.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Real money funds deposited to your account that are not subject to an active bonus may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the conditions set out in Section 4.2.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 1x777 sportsbook and casino platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting regulations published within each product. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that product.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly offered and exercised before the event concludes.
• 1x777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1x777 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate outcomes.
• Laundering money or using the 1x777 platform for any transaction that facilitates financial crime.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical errors to gain unfair advantages.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming promotional benefits more than once.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraud in relation to deposits made to your 1x777 account.
• Using another person's payment method or financial account to fund your 1x777 balance.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1x777 staff, agents, or other platform users in any communication channel.

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by 1x777

1x777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request received from the account holder or an authorised third party.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

12.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your 1x777 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all outstanding KYC and verification requirements.

13 Disputes

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1x777 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable law of your country of residence.
